I’m a coach with over 14 years of experience, and I’ve helped hundreds of clients completely transform how they look, think and feel, including fellow coaches looking to refine their own approach. Whether someone’s starting from scratch or already has a fitness background, I bring a depth of knowledge that meets them where they are and pushes them further.

Based in Lurgan, Co. Armagh, I work 1:1 with men and women of all ages who are serious about making real change. This isn’t about quick fixes or fad workouts — I focus on building structure, discipline, and accountability. I’ll give you the tools, support, and straight-talking guidance you need to get lasting results, both physically and mentally.

Everything I’ve learned over the years, from coaching complete beginners to experienced professionals, comes together in my 12-week transformation programme. Each programme is completely tailored to your starting point, your goals, and your lifestyle. I’ll help you build strength, drop body fat, boost confidence and, most importantly, develop the mindset needed to maintain those changes long term.

My12-week transformation programme includes two one-hour 1:1 sessions per week at a rate of £60 per week. Sessions are held at Flexion Gym, located in the Good Year, Lurgan. Each session is fully tailored to your personal goals—whether that’s fat loss, building strength, improving fitness, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin. Sessions are focused, structured, and designed to challenge you in the right way. That means no generic workouts and no guesswork. You’ll also receive a personalized training plan to follow between sessions, so you’re building momentum even when working on your own.

 

But this isn’t just about showing up and sweating. Through training, we’ll explore the root causes of what’s been holding you back—whether that’s self-doubt, inconsistency, or a lack of structure. I’ll help you build better habits, shift your mindset, and stay accountable when motivation dips. This programme is not about perfection—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and achieving meaningful, lasting changes that extend beyond the gym.

 Booking Policy

Once I receive an inquiry, I’ll reach out for a quick chat. It’s important to ensure we’re a good fit and that your goals and expectations align with how I work. This conversation also gives me the chance to walk you through exactly what the 12-week transformation involves, so you know what to expect before committing. Once we’ve had that chat and agreed on a suitable plan, we’ll confirm your start date and get everything in place.

I had seen first hand what Danny could produce out of someone, and I knew I was stuck. I was going to the gym regularly but I wasn't seeing the progress I wanted. I knew something had to change.
